After several years of gaining experience and skills in different roles within the engineering field, JP Sullivan felt that he had a unique perspective and value to offer. Passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients and managing the intricate aspects of land development, he recognized an opportunity to provide a more comprehensive, personalized approach to civil engineering in Austin. Establishing Radius Civil Engineering was his way of actualizing his vision. Motivated by overcoming challenges and the satisfaction derived from creating successful solutions, the freedom and adaptability offered by his own firm aligned perfectly with his professional aspirations.

Construction Administration
"There's never been a perfect set of plans". During construction we help solve any field issues, get approval for any post-permit design changes, and handle all other conflicts that can arise. Our job isn't done until certificates of occupancy are in hand.
